F1rst2Go Mentor Program

The mission of the F1rst2Go Mentoring Program is to create a sense of belonging to the OSU community by providing support and guidance to first generation students through intentional programing and mentoring. A first generation student is defined as a student whose parents or guardians have not completed a bachelor’s degree. Faculty, staff, and graduate students serve as mentors and provide resources, encouragement, and direction through their mentoring relationship that will assist first generation students as they transition to the campus life and encourage them to excel academically at Oklahoma State University.
